This is a family classic; my mom and I wrote it, my aunt illustrated it, and my gramma supplied some of the recipes. All the meals are designed to be lightweight, nonperishable, and delicious. You dry the ingredients in your oven at home to make dehydrated dinners. At the campsite, you rehydrate the ingredients by letting them soak for an hour, and then simmer the dinner in a large cook pot. My favourite dinner is Moroccan Couscous.
